well this is my entry to the 
contest. once again....i'm late for entry but i hope i'll make it ;_;
i did the best i could in such a short time with this picture. the girl i guess shall remain nameless for awhile, but it's meant to be me. recently i've been sporting pigtails like that with cute clips on then
so it's a very good visual of me. the headband is a mock copy of this bandana my character from the game MAPLESTORY wears. it's a common bandana in the game but it suits my character very well. the background is of hollowbastion but in watercolor. haha. and i photoshopped it like crazy .
oh the keyblade i hold is Gaia III. Gaia I and II are in my sketchbook and will never be seen on dev ever!! nyahaha....

Uwa~~ it looks really nice.
i like the poses you chose for the characters, as they fits the personalities well (or seem to, anyway). the proportions are well drawn, and you seem to have a firm grasp on anatomy in your own style.
Probably my one complant would be that the background doesn't seem to fit to the picture too well, but it doesn't take away from it overall.
